By accessing or using the website, software APIs, cloud platforms, or services provided by NEXTEK ("Company", "we", "us"), headquartered in Kentron District, Yerevan 0001, Republic of Armenia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, proprietary AI models, algorithms, trade secrets, software code, graphic elements, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website are the sole property of NEXTEK unless explicitly assigned under custom enterprise licensing contracts. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
Custom artificial intelligence solutions, cloud deployments, and software engineering services provided to enterprise clients are governed by specific Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) executed directly with NEXTEK executive management.
NEXTEK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, unauthorized third-party network access, or external API disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
